Look what I got this morning!!!



A taste of things to come. I hope soon to be bitching about how my terrace is being littered with these things. I hope, I hope.

Ok this will give my brother a fun chuckle. When I cleaned out my shelves in the kitchen, I saw room for this beauty. I've had my eyes on it for a while and now with a place to put it... it arrives today.



I hope it is a step above the easy bake oven of stand mixers but as long as it whips up a small batch of buttercream icing, and fits on my shelf, I'll be happy. I want my brother's 6" cakes!

My shelves arrived last night and they did just what I wanted. Tidy up the space. So yeah! I canceled the backup order.

I do have an Amazon return. That new Amazon Fresh store has a nice little counter just inside the front door, fully staffed, for returns. The hub where I have been going is convenient but this is even more convenient. Drop off, pick up a grocery item or two at the same time. Nice. The downside is that Krispy Kreme is not in the path like it was going to the other place. I actually haven't gotten a vaccination donut since my brother was here. I need to fix that.

I think I might go nowhere today. The house needs a good pick up and tidy and there's really nothing I need to go out for today. I'm fine with staying here. Less virus even without a mask.

Oh, yeah. Definitely. And you've pretty much got the Easy Bake Oven to go with it so you and Barbie are set.

I think in the size batches you do this will work. Trying the Butter and Cream Cheese icing thing will either be good for you or you'll return it.

It is cute. The people that don't like it seem to want it as a second to their KitchenAid. That's like getting a smart car next to your F150 and complaining that it doesn't carry as much.

Be interested to see how they work. I've got the silicone cupcake ones and put them in a regular cupcake tin when I bake so what do I know.

Dash appliances are so cute! I bought a Dash air fryer. It was aqua, and had a rounded design, unlike the usual ugly ones. However, it always tripped the circuit breaker. I gave it to my SIL. I should ask her if she's even tried it yet. But I love your little blue stand mixer.
