I just came back into the living room and Biggie was just sitting there.

I've been going back and forth about going to the upcoming Mariner games. Asking for advice/thots. I decided not to go to them and them read a tweet thread by a Seattle pediatric resident who went to a wedding last weekend where proof of vaccination was required. Not only did she get COVID but 11 of her friends did as well. It made me feel like my decision makes even more sense.

Oh, yeah. It is outside and likely you'd be OK but not worth it, IMHO.

I watch the Austin FC games and really want to go to one. They are a madhouse even when they aren't winning. It is amazing how much energy there is. When the team went to Dallas they had busses to go there and all you could hear the entire game was Austin FC drumming and singing. It is hilarious and they are in the cellar. If they actually start a streak with last night's win the place will cause fault lines in Austin.

But it is all on TV and computer for us, for now anyway.

I don't think that's true. People want to do what is best for themselves, and expect everyone else to do that too. As a double vaccinated Covid-19 negative tested person, I am not harming anyone by not wearing a mask. But I wear one because (a) that's the law right now and (b) my Darth Vader mask scares the crap out of people.

I am referring to people who use fake vaccination cards. I too am double vaxxed and wearing a mask in public places.
