ginger cookie storage update

24 hours after baking and being left out on a plate, the unstored ones have lost some snap. They are still delicious but no longer crispy.

The cookie jar ones are every bit as snappy as they were out of the oven!

The zip lock bag ones went into the freezer. Stay tuned for those results.
