susandennisThe recliner, spent its third night in Oregon. Looks like it's getting the full Oregon experience.
Amazon says it will be here no later than Tuesday so I'm guessing that's when it will get here. (I think vendors get penalized for missing their promised ship dates.) My ass is ready.
Last night as I was falling asleep, I realized that the time to change to a heavier blanket would have been yesterday. Oh well. Sleeping cold is still the best sleep. I got a 95 on my sleep score. My previous best was 92. I wonder if you get some kind of prize if you hit 100? OR, and more probably, it means you are dead so not that big a prize actually.
The stadium is testing it's sound pre-game. Not clear what they goal is but I can tell they have "loud" nailed. I'm glad it's cool enough to have the door closed because that's going to get annoying pretty quickly.
The Mariners are now only a formality away from elimination. It's been a fun season but next year will be funner. I wish the best for the Blue Jays - they had a very rocky start when they couldn't even play in their own country but have skyrocketed back. I may watch a game or two of their post season but probably not. Next year. And my ticket is pretty much now all paid for!
Fall TV starts this week. Kind of like the olden days. Except, there are not any new shows that are begging me to watch and not too many older ones that I'm excited about seeing again. I have plenty of watching options so losing much of the old timey TV is no big deal. I have two more weeks of expanded cable so I also need to see if there's any of that I want to record before I let it go.
Today I'll be hauling out the mid-season blanket and putting the summer ones away. Biggie will be into that excitement, I'm sure.
And I think I'll make some bacon and cheese biscuits for next week's breakfasts. Watch the ballgame and crochet. Just a nice Fall Sunday. Oh I do need to get my parking lot walk in before the drunks take over.
