10 strips bacon
9 eggs
1/2 cream
1 cup shredded cheese
The pix.
I scrambled the eggs until they were 'hard' scrambled. And waited for them to cool.
Then I assembled all and when the eggs were truly cold...
I rolled and wrapped.
I'll probably freeze half of these. Note to self: Get More Parchment Paper!!
At one point I looked up and Biggie was in his tree! He has not been up there in a long while.
He didn't stay long.
