Biggie was under the bed when I went to bed last night. His butt, however, was sticking out a bit. So when I got into bed, I reached down and stroked it to say good night.

That was all the invite he needed. He came out from under and hopped up on the bed like No Big Deal. So I guess the step situation I built from a box and a hassock that he never actually used anyway, is no longer needed.

He slept great and, in fact, is still at it. He's right next to the pillow just snoozing away. Before we actually got to sleep, we were snuggling and I was rubbing his head. I stopped for a second and he opened his mouth and put his teeth on my hand. Just for a blip. And not really in a bitey way. And that was it. I even stopped again a couple of times to see if he would do it again and he would not. I so hope he forgets that trick.

Since I was not about to open his mouth and pop a pill in and I could not be sure he'd eat a pill otherwise, I asked the vet last week about stopping his happy pills. She was not wildly enthusiastic about the idea but said that it would not harm him and if I wanted to I could. I wanted to. So I did. I hope we don't have to go back.

I don't know when Christian is going to pick up the screen door. Home Depot will hold it for him for 7 days. I kind of feel bound to hang out and be ready but in reality he can, and probably will, just prop it up outside my door which would be fine. But, really, I've got nowhere I need to go.

I did actually finally find a screen door guy - someone I asked for a quote sent me the link. I'm not sure of his availability and my current plan is about $100 cheaper. Assuming no issues, my current plan is the best one anyway.

As I was going to sleep last night, I thought, would it be fun to get some glow in the dark bandages for Biggie's paws. This morning I searched on Amazon and got the weirdest results. Some bandages, some glow in the dark stuff and a lot of S&M type gear - weird ropes and costumes and stuff. When I went to revise the search, I discovered that I had searched for glow in the dark bondage which totally cracked me up. Wonder why that isn't a thing? Anyway, no bandages. Sigh.

I have nothing planned for today. I'll dismantle bed stairs. The bathroom floor needs sweeping. And lordknows what Biggie will be up to. But fer sure, you will read about it here!
