No news wednesday

I slept hard last night and had lots of dreams. My dreams, especially lately are stuck on HGTV - they are all about real estate. Buying houses. Last night my realtor even had a name - Jerry. Wild.

I've got nothing on the agenda today but I do think getting out would be a good thing. But I have a delivery coming that I need to be here for so I can't go that far until it comes. hmmmmm

Biggie's still asleep, per usual. He said hi when I checked in but that's all. He usually doesn't get up before noon ish. But, today I need him up so I can figure out if he needs more pain medication or not.

I spent some time on the phone this morning with Capital One still trying to chase down that payment I made incorrectly. I did learn that they sent out the check on the 15th so 1. they didn't lose me and 2. it should be here maybe even this week yet. Whew.

I think I'll take a shower and then make some day decisions.

I wonder how you will know if he needs more pain medication. I feel like cats do a very good job of hiding their pain. Maybe if he isn't walking or eating that will be a clue?

What a GREAT question and exactly the one I asked the vet. She did not have a good answer and we settled on 'use common sense'. Basically, if he's hiding or not moving around or not eating or not pooping — stuff like that.

Biggie has failed all those tests. Right this minute — after lunch and a poop — he's on the end of the recliner watching the damn birds and getting ready to go after them!

One would have hoped he'd have learned his lesson with the birds.... ha. Maybe now he feels like he needs revenge since they made him fall.

I had a dream last night about drinking tea in a beautiful garden. The night before I had a really weird one about being with John Lennon and Paul McCartney at a hotel where nobody else seemed to know who they were, which they thought was kind of funny, and they mistook John for a rabbi and Paul was telling everybody weird crazy stories that didn't go anywhere.
