Biggie complains loudly when you unlap him. He doesn't understand the basics like I have to pee or time to go to the store. At one point this morning, I unlapped him to go check on the cake progress and he followed me into the kitchen yelling the whole time.

But, I did get to the grocery store and back home and made a cake. A blue one. With blue/green icing.

I didn't cut it beautifully but I got a piece the size I wanted. I forgot that next time I baked a cake I was going to do one layer. Oh well.

It's white cake with coolwhip frosting and it's exactly perfect. (Cool Whip with vanilla pudding mix, some sugar and some milk.) I think next time, I'm going to add a little cream cheese and maybe a tiny bit more sugar. But, it's the light touch I wanted. Now to see how long it lasts. I'm going to freeze a slice, leave a couple of slices out and fridge a couple. Testing testing.
