I'd love a tree like that. Otherwise the neighbours can peak in at you plus it adds a big of nature to a city environment. Might even add some shade when it's hot. Why do you hate it?

Because I DO want to see my neighbors and am fine if they see me. If I wanted nature I sure wouldn't live downtown. This tree provides 0 shade and plenty of ugly ass leaves on my terrace that I have to pick up.
