I gave, what turned out to be a passing thought, to making the long trip to the pool this morning. Then I remembered the Seahawks are playing at home. So. Nope. Not worth the effort. Maybe next week.

I am becoming an O'Keeffe's fanatic. I first tried it for cracked feet. Uncracked them totally in about 3 days. Then I got a couple of rough spots on my hands and gave the hand cream a go. Not as magical as the feet but the stuff is thick and not greasy and particularly good for pre-sleep application. This morning my lips have some really bad cracked places on them and I just popped some O'Keeffee' lip balm in the basket. I'm clearly hooked.

Today I'm going to make cheese straws/coins. I'm going to use Jiffy pie crust mix and jar cheese (Cheeze Whiz). I make even use the rest of the Cheeze Whiz and make cheesy rice.

Still working on square number 3.

Thanks for the O'Keeffe's rec. The only thing I ever found that healed my cracked hands was some goop supposed to prevent bedsores that my late hub had in hospice. I took it home, used it, but never found it again. I want to say "dimethicone"? Whatever, it was magic.

Those squares are SOOOO pretty! And with your choices of color (I'm assuming they're your choices, but I'm aware they could be strictly according to whatever the pattern says if you're using a pattern) and the texture, they look so vibrant and so rich!
I'm practically drooling....

Perhaps I'm madly arrogant to think I could learn to make such squares, but oh, how I wish to do! PLEASE, won't you share the pattern/s//instructions? Please, please pretty please?

The O'Keefe's foot cream is fantastic, the hand cream not-so-much.
There are two other lotions I recommend for non-greasy long-lasting creams, Mane & Tail's Hoof-Treatment (great for nails & cuticles) & the old classic; Johnson and Johnson's pink baby lotion.
I have to swap out which one I'm using every so often so they stay effective.
For me, the go-to chapstick is Bert's Bees 🐝.
