Biggie just bit a chunk out of my hand. Well, chunk is an exaggeration but it was a bloody mess and right next to where I burned myself on the oven. My right hand looks like a battlefield.

But otherwise, he still seems fine. I would so like to dodge this bullet. I did spend a long time on my knees with a flashlight crawling around looking. Not finding, but looking. I'm kind of impressed that my Under furniture spaces are not disgusting. The rewards of robot vacuum.

Biggie's now playing with Robby, actually. She keeps saying Starting To Charge. Which means he's knocking away from its moorings. Over and over again.

ljtourist's mother used to be a home ec teacher. Yesterday, he sent me a recipe for sugar cookies that she used to use in her class. It's trick is that the dough does not need to spend time in the fridge. You can go from I think I'll Make Cookies to eating one in about 30 minutes total. I copied it to my own notes and made a few tweaks. It really is the perfect sugar cookie recipe.

And shoot me dead if I ever bake with any butter other than Kerrygold. Ever. I'm not even going to buy any other butter. Ever. OMG what a difference. It blends right in. The other day, that butter never did get all the way blended after twice as long in the mix. Kerrygold it is. For now and Forever.

Ok now Biggie is eating the leftovers from breakfast number two and it's the canned stuff he doesn't even like. Maybe maybe we really did dodge a bullet. Ok, now he's trying to get outside. He tried the door. And the plate glass window. There's apparently a bird out there that he need to contact F2F. Sorry, buddy.

Yesterday I found the most interesting show on Showtime. End. It's Australian and it's really kind of fascinating. I'm going to get back to it today.

But, first I need to go make a run down to the dumpsters. And then maybe get some lunch.

I should have included the link earlier. Sorry about that. It really is a fabulous pattern. Each square is different BUT they all use the same stitches and tricks. It makes it really interesting to make up. I'm already thinking about what color scheme I'll use when I do the second one!

(Warning, the pattern is actually about 30 different PDF's — there are two for each square — one is for printing, I think — one for joining and one that has all the stitches and explains. It's a royal pain in the ass to get them all but totally worth it.)

Nooo, not the bad biting! Do you think it's because he's now inside and the birds are still there? Hopefully they'll fly off to Hawaii or something for the winter and he'll settle down.
