susandennis* the nurse practitioner got my request and filled it immediately. Yeah! But, sent it to Humana Pharmacy rather than Costco. I was afraid it would get lost at Humana and their tracking down options suck. Then I got a text from them that it was in process and I was able to confirm on their website AND it cost about half of what I thought it would cost so. Double yeah.
* and that removes any need I had to step out of this apartment until next year.
* the cookies I made yesterday may very well be the greatest cookies ever in the history of cookies. I cannot stop eating them.
the ones on the plate on the counter fared the best so far. they are perfectly crisp. the ones in the cookie jar (lidded but not air tight) did the worst but they are still pretty crispy. the ones in the airtight container also did ok - not as good as the counter ones but ok. i haven't tested the freezer ones yet.
I rewrote the recipe to include all the changes I made to the last two batches. I think I will change no more. They are just too good.
