I skipped a treadmill session this week (Wed when I had the early doctor's appointment) so that means I'm two Jeopardy's behind. Now that Amy is poised to break more records, skipping two days is treacherous. She does a 10+/- Tweet thread about every show which is fascinating. I have a system that hides those and collects them for when I'm ready.
But, I didn't hide Ken Jennings and this morning just a teensy brief glimpse at my twitter feed revealed one word of Ken's tweet from yesterday and now I know two critical facts about the one show (last night's) that I haven't seen yet. Oh well. Honestly, even when I know what happens, I enjoy watching her run.
Amazon Fresh Pick Up Service gives you the choice of hour long windows for pickup. But then, apparently, just has it ready whenever they want. The beat my pickup window by an hour and then just went nuts. I got app messages and texts asking where are you??? One said I had to come into the store to get my groceries. While I was on the way, they fucking called me. And left a voice mail. When I got there, I checked in, via the app, and told them what parking slot I was in. I waited 5 minutes and out they came with the groceries. Then I got about 5 more texts messages. Their communications is exhausting. But, better than none. And they had all the items I ordered. Good system but it needs some xanax.
I'm home and except for maybe going down to the garage to get packages, I do not plan to go anywhere any time soon.
