susandennisI'm way behind chronically our visit and I'm going to miss some stuff but we are having a fun and productive time. Bill nailed my blanket ladder to the wall which is WAY better than the way I had it (leaning) and leaves more room for the couch and makes it easier to display.
Biggie is very confused but so far rolling with the punches. He managed to get outside once and immediately hopped up on the railing and leaned over - I don't think he was going to jump but he got his ass a one way ticket back to the living room. He's been sleeping every night with Bill.
It's amazingly warm today (and yesterday). The door to the terrace is open and we are getting the full melodious tones of Supercross! practice. it's being held in the stadium across the street tonight. LOUD.
Tonight we have reservations at a fancy place but - again like the rest of town, there were slim pickens. So we're giving up lunch and having dinner at 4:45. High times!!
Here's the quilt ladder and you can also see the wind chimes he hung and... he solved the wobbly pinwheel pots. We put magnets on the pots and now they stick to the railing!
But... wait til you see the kitchen floor. We have one more step in that to finish before photos and sharing.
