More food More todos done

So far, the new router is routing like a champ. And this morning, we figured out the best way to turn the cat-door/ac-venting situation into what the air conditioner will need with NO cat door. We are now officially out of chores. But we got so much done.

This morning Bill popped over to the bagel place and brought back breakfast. And next up is lunch. We're off to Bellevue to the Kura - the conveyor belt suchi circus.

As of right now, we have no plans for dinner. ha!!

www.ilterrazzocarmine.com/Last night's dinner was 50/50. The food was outstanding. Really delicious. The service was weird - spotty and weird and the ambiance was loud and chaotic. And way too hot. We went at 6:15 and it was PACKED the entire time we were there. Very few are open on Mondays and Tuesdays. And reservations are hard to come by the rest of the time. Clearly people in Seattle are ready to eat in restaurants and the restaurants aren't ready yet.

It's a cool and cloudy Seattle day. Good day to take a road trip across the lake to the Atlanta of western washington.

Huh. There was a sushi place in north NJ that worked on a similar principle (might still be there but I haven't been up that way in years). They made sushi and put it on different colored plates, the price correlated to the plate color. At the end of the meal, they counted up the different colored plates and calculated what your meal cost.

It's always good to get chores done early. I hate loud places, as it's difficult to hold conversations, and I say this as someone with excellent hearing. Usually, though, voices don't bother me when I am talking to people at a table. It's loud music that I don't like. I love the heat, so I might not have noticed it, unless it was really stuffy.
