Busy busy and hot dogs - cause baseball, right?

McDonald's was having a 2fer on breakfast sandwiches but it ended today so I got up and placed an online order for a bag full and went to pick them up. They are now in the freezer (except 1) for a rainy day.

And, I drove to the pool! Yep. I took my Amazon returns to Whole Foods (across the street from the pool) after my swim and then I went to the good QFC (Kroger) which is about halfway between the pool and home. So it was not the usual odious drive - going over, no one was awake yet, and coming back home was via the grocery so not so bad.

And I finally have hot dog buns. I've had the hot dogs for a while but no buns and no onions. Today I am whole and game ready.

Last night I watched TV but had my eye on the Toronto game. They had a nearly miraculous come from behind win that took for freakin ever even though it was only 9 innings. I was glad I didn't care that much and don't live on the east coast.

This laptop is so cool. I can have big fonts AND have a wide spreadsheet that I can see all of which without scrolling! It's heaven. Today will see some spreadsheet time. I want to consolidate some of my bank accounts. I've got a bunch of credit cards and bank accounts sprinkled around to save $ on cash backs and interests but honestly, I'm not saving that much and I'm tired of tracking shit all over everywhere. So.

Today I'll find the best deal and shut down a pile of stuff or at least plan for shut down.

Also laundry.

And crochet.

And baseball.

I was glad I didn't care that much and don't live on the east coast.

You have no idea how envious I am of your west-coastness! The only games I manage to watch all of are day games. The others always go way past my bedtime.

I have some neighbors who are huge Twins fans. As you can imagine, they aren't happy about the Mariners two victories to kick off the season.

When they were grousing about it last night, I mentioned you and how happy you would be. I may wear my Mariners hat today just to rub it in. :)

I thought you didn't drive, since you always take the bus. It certainly sounds easier to have everything in one bank instead of having to deal with many. I'm glad that you're enjoying baseball.

The Toronto game was pretty exciting, not just because of that crazy win. Everyone was super happy to be at a super spreader home opener for the first time in two years. At least I suspect it will be a super spreader event- who can tell anymore, what with significantly reduced testing, little reporting, and so many people already likely to be infected, judging from the wastewater testing results?

Do the McD's breakfast sandwiches fare pretty well when you freeze them?

oh yeah!! out of the freezer, into the micro about a minute or so til hot. perfect. Same for cheese burgers (as long as no lettuce/tomato on them)
