susandennisI got a bill this morning from the dermatologist. Humana says I owe $30 in co-pay. Doctor says I owe that plus $117 for ???? NO CLUE and no clue why. It looks like there were two invoices and one was not submitted to Humana. I just paid it. I'm going to wait until all the bills are in from the procedure and then just buckle up and call Humana and find out WTF the deal is.
Humana's website is as slow as christmas. And as clear as mud. Clicking around in hopes of finding info is a good way to waste a couple of my remaining good years.
Hilariously, they generally always ask me to take a survey about their website. I used to gleefully agree until I learned that they do not even ask the right questions. I don't give a flying fart what font they use. I want correct and clear information. It's mainly written in the same language that Grunt Boy at the gym speaks.
Speaking of him, he had an assistant yesterday. Or maybe a trainee. But, I knew she was a fail when, after I said Good Morning, she replied, Good Morning! Have a good workout. Sure enough, he was back on his own this morning and mute.
10 breakfast burritos made - 6 in freezer 4 in fridge. Bacon, cheese eggs and a few with green onions on them. Dishes all washed and kitchen cleaned.
I need to take a load of stuff down to the dumpsters but 1. Biggie's got me lap locked and 2. the baseball game needs my attention. And excuse in a storm, right?
