Today is all about the baseball

The game starts at 6:42. The entrance for Diamond Club members opens 2 hours and 15 minutes before game time. (The gates open for regular schulbs 90 minutes before game time.)

6:42???? While school is in session evening games, this year, start at 6:40. When school is out they start at 7:10. I cannot account for today's 2 minute delay.

I spent my swim this morning making a mental list of stuff not to forget. Earbuds. Charge battery on scooter. $5 bills. I don't think most people tip the serving staff. Since everything is included in the ticket price, no money changes hands. BUT I am not a large group. Just one person. Hardly worth the effort. Easy to overlook. And when one of the staff gives me attention (which has been fairly often in the past), I like to slip them a little thank you. I don't think I have any $5 in the house so that may mean a trip out.

And I have to figure out what to wear. Layers, baby, it will be all about layers.

Please do not tell Biggie but I am seriously low on cat treats. Maybe the answer is to just go out, get my $5 bills and get cat treats. I can go to Amazon Fresh and return the two orders I have waiting. I think that sounds like a plan.

Still no biting, by the way. I think we're in a good rhythm. He no longer feels like he has to bite me to get what he wants. Which is a relief and saving me a bundle on bandaids. That cat whisperer worked wonders - mainly just helping me figure out how to interpret what he was saying with his bites.

Kitchen floor update. The sponge panels I used to line my kitchen floor have worked out perfectly. Actually better than I imagined. It's a dream to walk/stand on. But, it does attack black cat hair like crazy. I think it's coming from my slippers which pick it up from the carpet. BUT the robot vac takes care of that with ease. I just tell Alexa to vacuum the kitchen and 9 minutes later, it's clean again. The best.

Ok time now to get to that todo list.

Thanks! And yes she was. Remember the first one? The $400 one? AKA The DUD. This one wanted to charge me $75. Total for hours and hours of emails and one home visit. I paid her $150. And still think it's not enough.

I didn't cure him. He just stopped biting me. He bit me mostly because he wanted my attention. He's learned not to bite for it and ask in other ways and I've learned to respond when he does. It was incremental but he has not bitten me now for about 10 days.

Over here I'd assume there was a two-minute silence for something/someone if that happened. I can't think of any other reason for such an odd start time.

I'm glad that Biggie is no longer biting you. How do those sponge panels work? I have never heard of lining a floor with something.
