Egg hunt

That's today's todo. Get more eggs. I do not know what happens to the eggs in this house but it seems they are always disappearing. And now I need more. And not those puny Amazon eggs. I need to go to a regular grocery and lay me in some jumbos.

I think I'll go to the small local chain store. They have the best bakery supplies and the best milk. I noticed yesterday that I was low on molasses, brown sugar and all purpose flour. And I need milk and cream. I don't use a lot of milk but when I need it, I don't want to go get it. So I buy the milk that has an expiration date of I-Might-Not-Even-Live-That-Long and this store always has it.

So that's the plan du jour. And baseball. But that's not til 3.

But the headline news is that it's bandage change day. The first day of the bandage isn't so bad but the second day is Itch-city. I cannot wait to get the damn thing off. My skin needs to breathe. So I'll rip off the old, take another back selfie, take a shower and re-apply. I'll do it again on Sunday and then Tuesday... freedom!!!

I finally found the right case for my phone. I've been looking for six months but I think I've got it. It's a Ghostek cover with wallet. This case is light in color (ugly but light) so I'm less likely to miss it in a dark garage with black car interior). It has an attached wallet that is very slim. The wallet has a magnet so that I can pop it onto the magnetic phone holer in the car. It's easy to get the wallet on and off and the wallet is easy enough to just even slip into the other pants pocket. I will leave the wallet at the front door with my keys. Without the wallet, the phone charges wirelessly. I wish it came in better colors and it is by far the most I paid for a cover. ($30) but I think it's a keeper anyway. So whew. The long hunt is over.

Ok bandage time. Anybody besides nanila need a Biggie pick?

Your shopping list makes it sound as if you are going to bake something delicious! I, too, like the larger eggs. I always buy organic, and cage free when I can. I'm glad that you can finally take off the bandages permanently on Tuesday. That must be a real relief!
