susandennisEnter your cut contents here. Last night's big deal soccer match was, indeed pretty exciting. The stadium and neighborhood bars were maxed out I took little video of the march to the stadium as it passed under my balcony.

And this was all before they won, handily. The 'hood was hoppin' last night. It was great fun.
And my own personal victory. This morning I called the billing department of the doctor's office. They overcharged me by $117. After a week of trying I finally got through to a person 3 weeks ago. He said he'd send my bill to review and they would let me know in 10 days.
Today I got a real person nearly immediately and she was bright and chipper and interested and sharp and immediately told me that my $117 had been credited to my account. The plan was to use it to pay upcoming invoices and anything left over would be refunded to me. Perfect. Just what I wanted. Without the battle I assumed would be required!
Good thing cause I may need it for HP. I paid extra to get expedited shipping on my new computer. The promise was delivery today or tomorrow. According to their website, it hasn't shipped yet so today's not happening and I'm suspicious about tomorrow. If no tomorrow/then refund of extra. Count on it. But, I'd love to get it tomorrow.
The water in the pool this morning was crystal clear and I had it to myself for the first 30 minutes. The bus coming home, however, was packed to the gills. So weird. Most days, it's not even close to crowded.
Yesterday's warm spell - both weather and stock market - is over. All the money I made yesterday is gone and I've already had to close the door to the terrace and put on socks. Oh well. Easy come, easy...
Todaywpadmirer's Rays come to meet the Mariners. The Rays have suffered injuries and COVID. The Mariners have suffered Really Shitty Playing Lord only knows what's going to happen tonight.
Nothing else planned for today. Just the regular stuff. Along with refreshing the HP order status page every 10 minutes.
