It arrived!! And isn't it pretty? Isn't it huge??? I was also worried about it's possibly tipping over but this mother is heavy and steady. I think it will be fine. Biggie sniffed all over it and did not use it as a scratching post so I think we're good there, too.
As with chromebooks, it took zero time to set up. The keyboard and mouse connected automagically and are really nice - both of them. I might give up the idea of a keyboard/track pad and just find a nice lap board and use these instead.
Big letters - lots of screen real estate. And it is very zippy. No waiting for anything to load. And the speakers are nice and loud.
I think this machine and I are going to have a long term relationship.
I just downloaded this week's British Sewing Bee. It's going to be very fun to watch on this beast.
