All of my deliveries arrived and I just took a humongous load of cardboard down to the recycling dumpster.

I made one of the Dinerly meals for lunch and it was outstanding. Their recipes are interesting. They are really focused on not having you chop stuff which is weird. But if you follow their directions precisely you end up using a biscillion pots/pans/bowls and plates which is also weird and makes a mess. But it was good. And I have two large meals worth of leftovers.

I put in a load of laundry including the sweat shirt I was wearing. It's one I like to wear to the pool. In the dryer it was making a godawful noise. I figured it was the sweatshirt zipper banging.

Then I went to gather all the stuff for the dumpster and couldn't find my keys. I used the others and on the way back up here realized the noise must be the keys which I left in the pocket of the sweatshirt.

I opened the dryer door and those keys just flew out. Pro Tip, Be careful picking up keys right out of the dryer. HOT!!

My new computer in my semi reorganized living room does best set off to the left. This has had extremely positive muscular benefits. My neck has always worked great turning my head to the right but it gets stiffer every year, trying to look left. Except now, after a few days on this computer, I'll able to move it a whole lot more easily. Win!

Oh and the new metal cart works fine.

I'm finishing up the HBO series Julia which is way more enticing than I suspected. I've seen the movies and the biopics - what more is there to say? The series is focused on the beginnings of her show. The script is really unkind to a lot of people some of whom might still be living, certainly their families are. The guys who ran WBGH are portrayed as stupid jerks. While they might not have been the most enlightened, I doubt they were that hapless. But, that aside, it's still been a more interesting watch than I thought it would be.

I'm halfway into Lynda La Plante''s Buried. It didn't grab me initially but now I'm hooked.

I felt the same about Buried but was wanting more LaPlante by the end. BTW, if you've never listened to Prime Suspect it is worth it. You know the case but hearing it gave me a new perspective on what LaPlante was doing. The forward explains a lot.

Does your set of keys include the electronic fob-thingy for your car? I wonder how that would stand up to a wash-dry cycle. (I once accidentally took mine into the ocean; the results were not pretty.)

I've put my keys in the dryer before, but I didn't notice while they were still hot! Ow!
