Wet Wednesday

susandennisI remembered to look outside before I left my condo this morning so I knew to wear my rain coat. I was proud. And dry.
I think finally, after three years, Biggie and I have come to a mutually satisfactory decision about his food. He's settled on Fancy Feast Petites Gravy (not pate) and any of the flavors is fine with him. If they discontinue or get supply chained again, he's SOL but whatever. He's also eating the recommended daily feeding of Stella and Chewey's freeze dried Duck Duck Goose. I can get the latter at the local pet food store or Amazon or Chewey's. So I'm thinking we're ok there.
I've been between books for a week - tried and abandoned several - finally flipped over to Audible to discover that one of my favorites - Tim Sullivan's - latest is out! The Patient. I also just learned that he's married to the producer of The Pioneer Woman tv show. That's just a weird connection there.
On tap this morning is a new batch of breakfast burritos. I ran out a couple of days ago and not having a ready, fast breakfast when I come home from a swim is just not working. So more burritos it is. I did get some of that new Johnsonville sausage that's bacon shaped to try. Should be interesting.
Nothing else on the agenda. I stopped at the grocery yesterday afternoon when I had to go pick up Biggie's prescription. So I'm nicely fooded up. I have an Amazon return but no hurry on that really.
It was interesting and a little strange to be back in the vet's office without a Biggie emergency. I don't miss it.
Ok, time to get up and get going before I get sucked into an internet rabbit hole and end up with no burritos tomorrow.
