Re adjusting

susandennisToday's ride to the pool was fine. But, when I got done and got to the bus stop it was raining. I discovered that the next two Rapid Ride buses were canceled and so the third one was packed and the one after it was cancelled as well. FUCK. Everyone was at least wearing a mask. Until we got to the next stop. An old lady got on and announced "I need a seat." It was easy to hear her because she was very loud and wore no mask.
So I judged her and tried not to think about how close everyone was, all the way to my stop while I bitched about canceled busses.
And then I got home and realized that without the busses, I'd be on the stupid treadmill watching Mayim Bialik ruin Jeopardy for me. Having a bus that is handy and flawless 99% of the time so I can swim is way better than that.
My attitude is now totally readjusted.
SteveTheLawyer is using a text group of me and SamTheFriend to get little things done like asking our approval and sending little updates. It's proving to be a very efficient way of handling things, plus, I have history. He's using my Google Voice number so I get it in both Google Voice and in email. Knowing that all the info is saved and backed up means I don't have to worry about filing or remembering.
I think today will be laundry day and, perhaps, hair cutting day. And filling out more Prolific Studies. No baseball.
