The internet today told me about melted ice cream cake and I am a convert.

Tiny cake

1 cup melted ice cream (full fat)
3/4th cup self rising flour
1 tsp sugar (optional)

350 for 30 mins



SOOOOOO easy!

I wanted plain vanilla for the first one to see what it was like. Next time maybe a new use for the orange rinds! OR cookies and cream ice cream! Or peach. So many options. Heck, I might even make another layer next time.

I had some butter cream in the freezer so I'll ice this baby up as soon as it cools.

I haven't cut a slice yet BUT I did eat the piece cut when I leveled off the top. Light and fluffy and pretty damn good!!

That sounds very easy, but the problem is that I always eat the ice cream here before I would have a chance to melt it.
