I take an over the counter medication for my macular degeneration called AREDS 2. It's pricey. But once in a while, Costco has a sale and today's one of those whiles. I just ordered up a truck load. So my eyes are looked after (hahaha) til for the rest of this year. Sorry Amazon. I know you had your heart set on my subscribe and save order but you snooze, you lose.

This morning brought an email from the firm holding my cousin's investments. It was to SteveTheLawyer with Next Steps. William R Davis is my cousin. Steven Lewis is SteveTheLawyer.

Here are the next steps in terms of paperwork and process for Mr. Davis’s Stifel accounts:

1) Send Stifel the full trust document for the William R. Davis Trust, so that Stifel can complete a full review of the Trust Agreement
2) Send Stifel the death certificate for William Davis
3) Gather Steven Lewis’ identifying information (DOB, SSN, Legal address, etc.)
4) Open a beneficiary IRA for the trust reporting under the new EIN with Steven Lewis as the trustee
5) Open an irrevocable trust under the new EIN with Steven Lewis as the trustee
6) Prepare paperwork for the distribution to the beneficiaries upon review of the full trust document

7) Turn yourself about

I mean holy canoly. I feel like this guy was probably disappointed in himself because he could not think of any more tedious crap to make this list longer. Also SteveTheLawyer is going to come out better on this deal than me or SamTheFriend. (I exaggerate, of course. But, also, I do not begrudge him one single penny even if it's the last penny in the estate - he's proven his worth to my cousin and to me).

My new bidet toilet seat arrives today. It's a non trivial install but I did it before and I can do it again. Plus, this time I'll be able to by pass the worst bits because I can just use what's there. It will be nice to have a solid place to sit again. Since last weekend, every time I sit down I wonder if it's going to splinter my ass.

We're marching towards Africa hot (Seattle version) this weekend and I'm trying to think of anything I need or want outside of these four walls. I want to get it whatever it is done before the oven gets turned on full blast.

On my list of things to watch is GasLight - a series about Martha Mitchell and Watergate, staring Julia Roberts. It's on Starz so I signed up for a 7 day free trial to watch it. I watched the first episode yesterday.

I remember the whole Martha Mitchell story from when it was happening in real time. And all the other characters involved. Seeing them being portrayed in this is weird. The first episode shows all of them as being too stupid and vulgar to be the least bit credible and Martha, herself, as being way more Julia Roberts than Martha Mitchell. I'm going to give it one more episode but I'm not hopeful. Glad I didn't pay real money.

I slept late so didn't hop on the treadmill. Time to go do that now.

Yeah, I remember Martha Mitchell well. They were all vulgar, and Martha was a big mouth. I skipped even thinking about watching the show.

Yeah, I haven't watched it because I was afraid they would play Martha like that. At the time, I kind of really liked her. Let us know what you think...

Uuuugh so much to do. Blargh. I hope once it's done, it's done and doesn't come back to haunt you.

I really like films about watergate but Julia Roberts as Martha Mitchell sounds, distracting. And she looks very odd now with all her plastic surgery.
