lawyers drafting up FAQ's that we will get next week.
board meeting on Aug 15 where they will approve a new assessment as well as a ratification meeting
No mention of when ratification will take place OR when $$ will be due.

Just picked up the car. Bill is good and fast with the paperwork and the new tire with installation was under $200 and the whole bill was under $630 which is way less than I expected. air kisses and see you next year! All washed and vacuumed. Nice.
The Blue Angels are in town with new planes and the new planes are three times as loud as the old ones and I had the door open. To their credit, it wasn't until the second pass that Biggie and Julio hit the deck. I haven't seen them since. Note to self - make sure that at least the door is closed for the next three afternoons. People with dogs and birds must be going nuts. My tax dollars at work.
