No cats in my bed last night. No cats when I woke up this morning. I got on the treadmill and turned on the TV. No cats. 15 minutes in. No cats. 20 minutes... Now I was getting worried. I stopped the treadmill and started the search. Not under the bed. Not in the bathroom. Down to the sewing room where Biggie used to sleep before Julio got here.



Then I laid out their breakfast. A dish for Julio (which is blocked by him in this pic) and a dish for Biggie plus a bowl of dried kibble.



I set out to find Biggie a buddy he could hang with and play with and swap kitty secrets. Mission Accomplished.

Wow, they really do seem to dig each other. I doubt my cat would tolerate another cat. She has this one gentleman caller that's been coming around. I call him Mr. Pieface since his face looks like its smashed into a pie pan. They like to sit ten feet away from each other making weird noises while staring at each other with suspicion. That's the closest to a friend she's got.
