Cat manicure

The cat whisperer, Leah, has a partner, Beth, who does the physical side - grooming and other stuff. And she does nail trimming. She is coming tonight at 6:30 to do Biggie and Julio. I'm also hoping she'll teach me tricks so that I can do them myself. She needs a room with a door and the only one I got is the one she recommends... the bathroom. Julio hides behind the toilet in the bathroom but I think I can block his way by stuffing a towel or blanket back there. I do need to get the place a good clean!

And I still have living room clean up to do. Plus moving the cat cam. Julio is, apparently, not digging the under bed situation with the rearrangement so I need to move the cam to his new spot.

My sewing project of yesterday needs finishing up and that room could use some cleaning love as well.

So far the morning is cloudy which equals cooler which equals happy me but I just made the mistake of looking at the 10 day forecast nd ugh. more hot. just ugh.

I think I'll strike while the iron is not as hot as it's going to get and clean up this joint. Just stem to stern. Starting with storing all the unused extension cords I found behind shit in this living room yesterday. Sheesh. Some people can mine sofa cushions for spare change, I mine the places furniture hides for spare extension cords!

Want a little Julio? After eschewing all humans yesterday when Frank was here, Julio crawled up into my lap last night and settled in for a little snuggle.
