susandennisI got a Please Tell Us About Your Experience email from Office Depot. So I did. I basically said they didn't have much and it was overpriced. BUT the guy at the printing/FedEx desk was fabulous. And he was. He was kind and professional and efficient with both me and the confused old dude ahead of me. And then I had to call back when I got home to get the tracking number and he could not have been nicer about it. So I wrote that.
About 10 minutes later I got an email from the store manager thanking me for my feedback and saying he was sorry my experience wasn't better. He did say that if I had questions to contact him. No questions, but I did reply and reiterate how great the dude at the counter was. I sure hope he gets at least a pat on the back.
My ticket hasn't sold but the other reasonably priced pair did. It's 12:45. If no sale by 4:15 ish, I'm going.
Hair update. It's been two weeks since I accidently buzz cut myself. I did a little trimming today. I was getting a teency mohawk and there was some stickie outie hair on one side. But the bald spots have now totally blended in. The hair on the top of my head is sparse anyway. I'm very used to it now. It's very liberating. I likely won't be keeping it this length but it's certainly not the tragedy I first thought.
I got HOA approval for AC installation. I then had to submit another request for the work that needs to be done after. I don't anticipate a problem. They will fix the dry wall. BUT, I just thought of this yesterday, I am also going to get them to rip out the baseboard heaters and tidy that all up. Whew.
Julio loves a good cuddling corner. (Note, this was after I cleaned up all the cables. Geesh. I want a magic cable disappearer.)
