My brother found this video of how to make a square egg.

I just tried it and damn if it doesn't work just like the video!! And the result is a tidy little package with every bite the perfect ratio of yolk to white. I never knew I wanted a square egg. Now I can't imagine life without.

We're having a nice, quiet day. We did go to Amazon Fresh this morning to return a purchase and show Bill the fancy data carts.

We're off to the baseball game in a couple of hours. The cats are being very entertaining. Well, actually, Julio is being entertaining. Biggie is being tolerant.

My old neighborhood just got an Amazon Fresh, and damn if people don't hate it.
Prices too high.
Putting "local businesses" out of business
Too confusing

lol for some reason I was imagining a hard boiled square egg and I was like 'what? how??'

Very nice square egg. They make it look easy, I wonder if you need a wok or a pan like that. I think I would burn my fingers.

I used my regular frying pan and lifted up the edge with a spatula.

Oh that is great! I will have to try it. I love medium over egg on toast, perfect :-)

I was worried about burning my fingers, too! Using a spatula makes much more sense. I may have to try it . . . :)
