We lost but it was fine

susandennisThe baseball game yesterday was a good one. We lost but we played well and we'll win again. Probably tonight. We had a good time anyway. It's always so weird to sit in another place in the ballpark. Interesting and weird.
By the time the game was over and we got home it was too late of go out or order in so we just cooked our own dinner and it was fine.
I have decided to end my cable TV and go with YouTube.TV. Bill has had used it for years so we spent some time with him helping me figure out what I was looking at and how to set it up. As I told him, the marketing people at YouTube.TV should require everyone to first try Fubo.TV. It's such a mess that it makes YouTube.TV feel like a relief!
I'll keep the cable until the end of regular baseball. The post season will be available on YouTube.
We have very early dinner reservations tonight at the Met. I had a different place picked out. One I had not tried but I decided this morning that I wasn't up for another possible fail, so back to the tried and true. The Met is an over the top, dark, last century's rat pack kind of place with wonderful food and wonderful service.
That's our only plans for today. It's our last day. Bill goes back to Texas tomorrow.
