Ok, so turns out yesterday's air was really bad.

SEATTLE — Seattle's air quality put it among the worst major cities in the world Saturday night, according to IQ Air, which tracks levels across the globe.

The air quality in the city reached an "unhealthy" rating of 190 as of 5:45 p.m. Saturday. "Unhealthy" air quality levels range between 150-200 before reaching "very unhealthy" from 201-300, according to IQ Air. An air quality level over 300 is considered hazardous.

But, we survived. Without an air conditioner (a decision I'm still ok with).

Today will be better. Tomorrow will be fine.

Whoa, that is horribly high! Ours was 180 two days ago but today it's 139. Finally cooler weather but we still can't open the windows. Life is getting interesting...

hugs to you and your cool cats! :)

These fires get on my nerves, grrr.
But well - what can we do, sigh.

I don't envy you that distinction. I hope you aren't too badly affected.

I breathed in too much of it and thought I had COVID, and had to take a test to make sure I didn't. It's still pretty yucky out there right now.
