susandennisYesterday was one of those days...
I got a projection clock to see the time displayed on the ceiling but I think I went too cheap. I decided to move it yesterday morning to see if I could make it better.
I needed to move the cat cam USB to plug in the clock. I needed to move the book case to get to the cat cam. I needed to move the litter box to move the book case. OMG look at all that litter that has leaked out!!
I got out the vacuum to clean up the litter. The vacuum had a funny red light and didn't suck as well as it usually does. I looked up on the internet and found out the filter had to be cleaned.
What a freakin' mess that was. But I finally got it cleaned (and the kitchen filthy) and the red light went away so then I cleaned up the litter and got out the heavy duty plastic wrap to create a barrier so next time it wouldn't be such a mess.
But, I had to move the book case back first and so then move the cat cam and still try to the the projection clock positioned. Ooops. Don't need the secondary fan any more so I can put that away and the laptop does not need to be here so I put that away.
And then finally got the clock situated and then the book case moved back and the barrier erected and the litter box moved back into place.
And the kitchen wiped down. It was an exhausting morning!
The smokey air got way worse and the dust from the vacuum filter was tiny particle stuff and so breathing yesterday was an exercise in itself. Today the air is better but still bad enough that I'm not going anywhere.
The Mariners are having a terrible time. They are so close to post season and now so close to losing it all. It's hard to watch.
Today is an afternoon game. I think I'll use the game to reorganize.
I need to go through the living room cupboards and pull everything out, sort it or toss it and put it back in. I have to do this every year and it's time. At least this time they are not as jam packed as in the past. A lot can be and will be tossed making them easier than ever to reorganize and maybe even keep tidy a little longer.
The cats are on duty. Well, Biggie is. Julio has lost his dedication. I love how he sprawls when he sleeps.

Date: 2022-09-22 10:51 pm (UTC)I use crystal litter - it only needs changing every five weeks (woop woop), but dear God, that stuff gets everywhere. It was driving me crazy, but now my new favourite thing is a $35 corded vacuum from Kmart I keep plugged in next to the litterbox in my laundry. Now I can vroom around with that every day with zero effort and stop the crystals getting tracked everywhere. And also protect my fancy cordless vacuum from the crystals' sharp edges.
