The internets say that Julio is 10 years old in people years. He's going through a spate of something. He has a mission to knock down everything he possibly can. He spilled half the kibble from a dish that is 1" tall and 4" across. I did not see the deed, just the aftermath.

Half of everything on my bathroom counter last night, was on the floor this morning. He turned over my vacuum tumble of ice water. He knocked over most everything in the kitchen. And most of that has been this morning.

But, last night, I was crocheting and watching TV and he climbed up into my lap and went to sleep. It's how kittens get the golden ticket.

Yesterday turned out to be pretty smokey and I was feelin' it. I forgot to check before I went out yesterday. Bad me. Today is better but still in the yellow (unhealthy for moi). Today, I will go nowhere. Not at tragedy. I got nowhere I wanna go anyway!

It did get up to 80 yesterday. Outside. Inside it was not too bad. I'd like it cooler but I'm not dying.

Plus I have to wait for the stupid Dinnerly guy to deliver. If I'm not here and answer the phone immediately, he takes my stuff and leaves. Last time they said it would be delivered the next day. The next day, after I waited, I got a message that it would not be delivered and had been declared spoiled. So I am not paying for this delivery but it is going to be my last unless the delivery guy changes his ways. I like the idea but I'm not convinced it's worth the hassle.

Currently the tracking says he'll be here by 8 pm. Soooo helpful.

I have a bunch of little chores and I think I'll get on them now.

...and I really DO want your opinion.

I got Bonnie a 'donut' much like your yellow one. I put it together for her and it sits in a very accessible place (this is a very small apartment). She explored it that first day. She is not happy that she has to jump into the center of it to get her toys. She has mostly ignored it. About two weeks ago she got inside it and walked around. She wasn't impressed and remains unimpressed.. She is also a slow study. Should I give it away and get her something she can climb on? Or should I maybe hold onto it until the end of the year?

Julio must be going through some kind of pre-adolescent destructo phase! Good thing he's adorable and cuddly, right?
