susandennisSo, the phone rang. I was so hoping it was TylerTheFinance guy (who rarely responds via email much to my annoyance but at this point, I just want an answer) but no.. it was some doctor I'd never heard of.
I figured I'd answer and tell them they had the wrong number. Only they didn't.
It was my lung doctor's office calling about my appointment request. Turns out Emily, my beloved nurse practioner, is leaving in December. :( I have to wait until January for my appointment so I'll miss her all together. The very very very nice person who was calling said she was as heartbroken as I was. I asked about Dr. Lee (who's the lung doctor that Emily worked for) and, turns out, he left in January to go do hospital ICU full time. He was great, too. BUMMER
But the nice lady said that Linda Anderson - the doctor I will be seeing has been there a long time and is very nice and I will love her just as much. I believe her.
January 9.
Next up is the other Dr. Lee, my internist. He'd better not go anywhere. I do not want to train a new one of those.
