susandennisBiggie is atop his tree stalking birds. Julio is atop the ottoman stalking the toy that turns on once every 4 hours for 15 mins. Both are happy. And full. They have not eaten much breakfast in recent mornings. Today they each ate a whole can of Fancy Feast. Weird.
I never did hear from the finance people yesterday and made the needed decision on my own and sent SteveTheLawyer the info he was waiting for.
I gave it all a good thought and made some financial plans (that do NOT involve the idiots who are incommunicado). Then I wrote the plans all out and sent them to my friend, Scott, in New Zealand. He has spent his entire life in banking and now, in retirement, is working with people to plan and manage their investments. He got right back to me with some good suggestions and, mainly, assurance that I made the right decision and my thinking was solid.
And I instantly felt better and more in control of me. I have a plan and it does not involve or require Mr.IgnoreMe.
Today's plans are pretty much the usual. Pick up the cat toy mess that is my living room floor. Crochet and watch TV.
But, also, finish my sewing project. I bought two shirts that I really like but both needed a fix to fit better. I figured out how to do it - some trial and error - and did one yesterday. Today, I'll finish up with the other one.
And, that's it. That's the agenda. Oh, I might watch more of the World Series. I followed the score and watched the last inning last night. So So So satisfying to see the stupid Astros lose. In Houston. So satisfying.
