kyrielle is my Queen for a Day!!!! Your idea of a client side rule to fix my silent mail issue works like a charm!!!! BRILLIANT. I had tried an idea of a rule to send a copy of my exchange mail to my pop account but that failed on several levels and was dumb idea anyway. All I wanted was to hear when the mail arrives and now I can.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! This has been annoying me for months and months. I am so excited. I just got more mail and I can't even see the laptop screen from here right now but I know I did cause I heard the new mail wav!!! You just have no idea how happy this makes me.

Hurrah! I'm glad it worked. :) I knew I'd done that with Eudora - and I figured Outlook probably could do it - very glad to know that's the case! :)
