Yesterday, it was tricky getting back into my garage as the entrance was pretty much blocked by one of several giant Thursday night football trucks. Last night I saw they had them all lined up on the edge of the parking lot with Christmas light strung around them. Rather festive. But it's still only Tuesday.

This morning's pot of coffee is spot on. And, maybe even reproducible. So. Yeah.

Yesterday afternoon, I cut up a bunch of green onions for dinner. But, I cut them too early and by the time dinner was over, the house had bad onion stank. So before I went to bed, I set out two saucers of white vinegar - one in the kitchen and one about 15 feet away. This morning, the stank was history. whew.

I'm out of fresh foods but have several meals in the freezer. Oh and I have most of a head of iceberg lettuce. So I'm good for at least a couple of days. Then back to the fancy market for more meals. I don't have enough data yet but I do think that I'm not spending a whole lot more money buying prepared foods at the fancy place. I could be wrong. But, money saving isn't really the goal. Eating tasty foods that are easy to procure is the goal and I'm certainly doing that!

I dreamed last night that I left my house for the day and left my watch on the bathroom counter. Which is weird since I never take it off in the bathroom. But, in the dream, I was so bummed about taking steps and not getting any credit. ha!

Now I think I'll get onto the treadmill, with the watch, and get me some credit.

Woot! for good coffee you can produce reliably!

You are doing much better than I did, in my adventures with baking my own bread. (Somehow, this series of posts keeps reminding me of that.) First loaf - wonderful, "why do people say this is hard?". Second loaf - edible, "oops". Third loaf - not even really edible. At that point, I gave up, and didn't attempt to make bread again for some decades, at which time I bought a bread machine.
