Early Christmas morning

susandennisMy family - German on both sides - did our 'Santa' and gift opening after dinner on Christmas Eve so we did not do early Christmas mornings. But, I did this year.
Even me - a consistent 90+ sleeper on my bed's scale of 1-100, was an off night. I woke up at 3 and instead of going back to sleep, I just got wakier! Finally, at 3:30, I got up cause why not.
Now it is 6:15. I found a new (to me) set of games and have been shooting bubbles and fitting puzzles and drinking coffee and having breakfast. The cats are very confused.
I may go back to bed here in a little bit. The luxury that is my life right now is that it does not matter one bit. I was thinking of doing some laundry today but maybe not or maybe.
