Another blow job scheduled

The weather peops are forecasting another wind storm this afternoon. I actually heard my wind chimes from my bed this morning. Usually when there's a wind chime moving breeze, there is also city sound drowning out the effect but not this morning. But, that was only breeze. Wind storms around here are generally serious affairs.

I'll be here, inside, just watching and kind of safe in the knowledge that the wind will not blow this 100+ year old building down. I hope.

After two nights of unusually crappy sleep, I made up for it last night. I've had a few days of not great breathing. Nothing really bad, just not as good as usual. I'm wondering now if it's not all connected. Weather it is or not, I'd just as soon get back to normal pretty quickly now.

Nothing extraordinary on the agenda today. Treadmill, crochet, TV. Tomorrow there may a grocery shop and a zoom meeting with the new financial advisor. But, today, just the usual.

We were in Seattle for some hours on Christmas day, waiting at SEATAC for our delayed flight. You guys really got hammered by the weather over the holidays!

I read your entry and was sure, before I got to the end, you were going to say you spent two days there in the airport and I was going to feel so guilty that I didn't know it and couldn't go scoop you and bring you here. You were sooooooo lucky to have have gotten out so quickly! The news reports are horrible and my twitter feed says there are still people there who got there on Christmas Day. UGH.

We got the last flight out that night to Spokane. We were so very lucky. Since we had to leave Husband home this time, the original plan was to get back early on Christmas day so we could all have dinner together. That plan went out the window, but we are happy to have gotten home anyway!

I looked at the high wind warning and decided to postpone my trip up to Whidbey until tomorrow. Or later, if the power goes out overnight.

Earlier this morning our wind was blowing ridiculously. Now it's calmed down.
