susandennisBiggie and Julio have spent the last hour running, chasing, wrastling, discussing and doing it all over again. They are so busy and in their own little cat world. I am so grateful to Julio for making Biggie's world bigger and better and cattier.
My swim was great. Today I noticed that the whole pool deck was cleaner and brighter than ever before. And, the water was as clear. It just makes for such a nicer swim. On the way out, I stopped by the reception desk to ask the receptionist to thank the pool people. She said that Cisco is still doing to the pool chemicals (he's been there for a long time and is such a good guy) but that they had recently hired a team to come in and give the deck a very deep clean. She was tickled that I said something and showed me the before and after photos she had taken on her phone. It was worse than I even remember. In the pool, I ran into a woman I've chatted with before. She's really nice but wants to talk and not swim. Happily, today there was another woman there who was happy to talk to her so they did and I swam.
Then on to the market. It was not crowded and everyone was really nice and friendly. I got enough food to probably get me through the weekend. I had a nice poke bowl for lunch. I do need to remember that my rice is better. They have this nice, simple poke bar and I just need to remember to just get the fish and veggies and make my own rice when I get home.
Now I need to put the rest of the groceries away, fold up the bags, feed the cats and put my feet up.
