All this shit is now sorted and put away.

All the knitting needles (all circulars) have now been sized and labeled and, except for the ones I'm currently using, they are all together put away.

All of the crochet hooks now have their own home and organization (and the ones I never use have a nice future at Goodwill)

All the stitch markers, stitch holders, darning needles, cable needles and stitch counters share a multi unit apartment building each with their own cubby.

The yarn is now also organized according to project or color. A crap ton of stuff I will never use is in the Goodwill bag.

But, the very best bit??? I have empty space on the shelves in the closet. Empty space in the drawers and the ottomans. I feel very rich. Storage rich. And, boy, am I whipped.

I have one more trip to the dumpsters. One more trip to the car. And then I am taking the rest of the day off.

Biggie is totally over his whatever it was. He and Julio are currently zooming up and down the hallway. They were fighting over the Treasure The Day - a post it note. Thankfully, they left the balls of yarn alone.

Clean up. Then lunch.

Good job with the creating space! That is the hardest thing for me.

Too bad you are way up there. I'm always looking for yarn to do little baby hats with.

How do you sort your circular needles? I've always kept mine in the original bags (when they're not being used, obviously) and then kept those in a shoebox. Not the most elegant solution, but it's just how I stumbled into keeping them.
