Off to Home Depot

susandennisTwo nice, attractive, young guys showed up ready to work. They did some serious assessment and checked out everything and went to Home Depot. Honestly, I cannot believe they will be able to finish today but that's ok.
They pulled out one of the baseboard heaters and it is way ugly behind there and there are three of them. And carpet missing under all three.
I had this carpet put in in 95. There was a substantial single piece that they asked me if I wanted. I tossed it into the back of the closet and never have thrown it out because I can't get it out. These guys said they would remove a shelf and get it out. If they can just cut a piece to fit the hole, I'm fine with that. Better than a hole with concrete at the bottom.
Meanwhile I was perusing Github and discovered that Skillet has their breakfast burrito available for delivery. I've had it once and it was delicious. HUGE and delicious. I ordered 2 (breakfasts every day through Monday!) and then got a Cobb Salad for lunch.
So I'm as sorted as possible for this day... just waiting.
