up early anyway

After two weeks of getting up early to be ready for workmen, I still got up early. No biggie. Slept great. And I'm delighted to have my day and my house for me.

Plus, no more baseboard heaters. Those things were ugly and filthy and nasty.



Really no one who comes in here except me will ever notice but I see this and it's joy.



Plus I've got a spot like it now in three rooms.

I have organizational work to do in the sewing room. And I have ideas on how to make it nicer looking and still be able to quickly and easily use the machines for small jobs. I may actually do some of that today.

Biggie is playing the part of a lap cat this morning which is pretty rare. He was all in for a while and then I had to pee and get more coffee but when I came back, so did he. Julio tried to join and this usually chases Biggie off but today Biggie stayed and Julio went. Backwards cat day.

But he's going to need to find another spot because I need to get on the treadmill this morning. And then go to the market.

Also today, a trip to the market.
