Plant, that is. Julio seemed to have given up on plants. I thought. So I moved one back to the top of the big cabinet. And this morning came in to find it knocked over and the planter shards and dirt all over. It's all in the trash now. Lesson learned. Who wants plants anyway.

So last week I got those expensive and delicious breakfast burritos. I divided them up and put half in the freezer and half in the fridge. The fridge group worked out great. I had one of the freezer ones today. Not great. So we won't be doing a lot of expensive delicious breakfast burritos in the future. We'll save them for special treats.

And speaking of special treats. I got myself one yesterday. I'v been using bluetooth keyboards for a while. I need a keyboard/touchpad combo and have tried several. They are light weight and small and handy. BUT they suck to type on. I mean really suck. And they are narcoleptic. They go to sleep every 5 mins. And the wake up lag time is very annoying. So I ordered a serious, wired keyboard made for rack mounted servers. It has gynormous keys and a tiny touch pad but oh does it type. Sooooo easy. and it's wired so no sleeping/waking. And it has all the keys plus a number pad. I'd like it to be smaller and I don't need all the keys but, hey, it's fabulous to be able to touch type error free again.

Why oh why oh why do all these places offer you the electronic "paper free!!! SAVE a tree" option for billing and statements and then send you shit via USPS????? I can only imagine how much crap I'd get if I hadn't signed up for the electronic option. I just got the morning 'what's in your post today' email and there are three pieces of mail from places I have specifically requested NO MAIL-electronic only from. grrrrrr

I'm probably not going anywhere today. Or maybe out for a quick errand. No have to's.

There's an HOA meeting tonight. Still zoom, thankfully. This particular board is so bad that these meetings have pretty much gone from frustrating to hilarious. Plus it's easy to just mute and snark.

I love this keyboard sooooooo much.

I've certainly accumulated a collection of decent but number-pad-less compact keyboards, I appreciate having the extra space. My being left-handed, it's usually on the wrong side anyway!

Best part of being a left-handed computer user so far was in college in the computer lab rooms where the mice were on the right except I would absent-mindedly suddenly grab the mouse of the person next to me and start moving it around, wondering why it wasn't working.

I love a good keyboard. I have a wonderful Kinesis keyboard, proper clunky clackety keys, and it cost more than my first computer. It's still happily going after twenty years though.

Julio has it out for the plants!

Your keyboard sounds nice. I've become so picky about them. I have a specific one I use at work and I got the same one for my home computer too. When I have to use a different one, it slows me down so much that it annoys me. Funny how much of a difference that makes.

You'll have to update us on my HOA drama. *grin* Mine has plenty of drama but yours is much more entertaining.

That's like Home Depot where you can have a receipt emailed to you, but they still print out a receipt.
