It wasn't easy...
Jul. 14th, 2006 07:19 pmBut the site got launched. My boss made it more difficult. I added a fairly major snafu of my own and the client chimed in with a 'oh gosh you are right, the way you said to do it would be better, can we change to that now?'... But, it got done. It looks nice. It works. Client is very happy. Boss even sent two thank you notes - one just to me and one thanking me to everyone involved. This is especially cool since getting a 'thank you' or 'good job' out of him is like pulling wisdom teeth.
So... all is good. But it was 6 p.m. and the middle of the 7th inning by the time I could break away for something to eat. I went to Jack in the Box. I haven't been to a Jack in the Box in probably a decade. I don't know why. The dinner I grabbed was delicious! I seriously did not need double pattys but still it was yummy.
Site is launched, Mariners won and dinner was excellent. How much gooder can it get?
