Condo drama
Mar. 3rd, 2023 04:10 pmSo last Fall when the HOA board sent us all a horrendous bill (later changed to only a little less horrendous) for a special assessment, one resident - a lawyer - started an out of control email rant. Her lack of knowledge of the situation was amazing but did not prevent her from telling everyone what they needed to do. Over several weeks and many 'reply all' emails.
Well, now she's on the board and vice president. No one on the board has lived here longer than 4 years and most have lived here 2 or less. The president's term ended and he was the worst of them. It will, for sure, be interesting to see how this new bad o' peops operate.
Unless they change the rules, which they probably will, it will be April before they hold another board meeting and I can see them in action.
I got half the phone stuff done. The current phone is now replicated on the old phone. But the current phone hasn't acted up again yet so I'm holding off with the reset for now. Maybe.
Outside we're having rain and sleety rain and wind.
Inside 2 out of 3 of us are having zzzzzzzz's.
