Changing expectations

susandennisThe BitchWithTheAttitude at the fixit shop, said, at 10:45 that my phone would be fixed in 4 hours. She said she would call when it's done. I gave her two phone numbers. I have checked both and they work.
The chain's website has a thing where you plug in the tracking number they give you and it shows you the progress of the fix. As of 5:15 pm, this is what it shows for my tracking number.
But, I've decided not to worry about it. They close at 7. I might call at 6:45 and ask or I might not. I do not like being fucked over by people who don't like their jobs but, what's the real harm? None. I have a perfectly fine working phone. I'm not even terribly inconvenienced.
And, if I ever have to do this again, I know now, why going to the store closer to here is a better plan.
I never got a reply to my parking fine appeal. I told the bank to send them a check.
I'm doing a lot of living and learning today. Biggie and Julio are having a meeting and I'm pretty sure the vote is "dinner time!"
