Place Pigalle. It's been at the Pike Place Market forever and I'd never eaten there. Wrong move. It was delightful. Beautiful views. Wonderful service. Delicious food.

I had a pork chop and Bill had salmon and it was all wonderful.







And I totally forgot to tape the HOA meeting. OH well.

He had a bourbon and soda and mine was a whiskey sour straight up and it was the best I had ever had.

That pork chop looks delicious. It also looks enormous, so I assume you have leftovers.

I'm guessing the gifting pig was the size of a cow. I'd never seen anything like it. But, it was cooked perfectly and wonderful - on a bed of a little spinach, apples, potatoes and lardons with seasoned juice that was heaven just by itself. And, yes, half is in my freezer now.

Your chop looks like osso buco. Nothing like a good tender hunk of pork in my book. Place Pigalle looks very elegant with there white tablecloth service. Love the pics, especially the Bill & Susan shot.
